Floorplans of each property are now expected along with particulars, photographs and virtual tours. But producing the floorplans is expensive: many agencies spend thousands of pounds a year having them created.

Pex Floorplan provides high-quality plans of all your properties without the cost of having them drawn for you. Your negotiators can use a tablet PC to draw the floorplans themselves; it's quick, you don't pay the cost of an external service, and you can make changes yourself without paying for them.

The product has been refined over 18 months and is very easy to use but still has powerful capabilities for more experienced users. The application can be bought for a one off fee or can be paid for over a 12 month period.
