Q – How quickly can we upload a new property to our website when we have a new instruction?
A - There is no quicker method of uploading data to your website. When you have made all the changes in your database, press a button and the data is replicated to your website and the results show IMMEDIATELY.

Q – Can we display our properties on other property portals and websites?
A – Yes, enter the data into the Virtual Estate Agency just once and the system permits an automatic upload to your own web site, Rightmove (UK & Overseas), the Guild of Professional Estate Agents (UK & Overseas), Findaproperty, Prime Location (UK & overseas) and others. Our customers tell us this feature alone saves hours of time.

Q - It currently takes me hours to resize photos and images for the website.
A – Select the images you want direct from a camera and our application automatically resizes them to fit your website. No more wasted time with image resizing applications.

Q – Do I need a lot of technical knowledge such as HTML to run the VEA?
A – No, we guarantee the VEA is foolproof and you need no technological knowledge to use it. It’s simplicity itself.

Q – Do I need any training to use the VEA?
A – An hours' training is more than adequate as the software is so easy to use.

Q – Do you license the software to branches or individual workstations?
A – We offer individual PC or branch based licensing with multi-office functionality. It just depends on your company’s requirements.

Q – Are there a limited number of properties we can show on our website?
A – No, the number is unlimited.

Q – The VEA seems to be a valuable time saving tool, but just how much time are we likely to save?
A – The more properties you have to display on your website, the more time you will save. With the regular estate agent, the average time will be a minimum of several hours a week.

A – How much money are we likely to save with the efficiency savings you mention?
Q – You will literally save a half to two thirds of your postage costs, quite apart from efficiency gains and time saved.

Q – Can I send HTML (picture) emails and newsletters to all my clients?
A – Yes, these can be sent automatically and do not block up your customers' email inboxes. You can also contact clients by SMS text messaging.

Q - What are your installation lead times?
A – Usually within 10 to 15 business days from date of order.

Q – Can we integrate other data such as post code maps, aerial maps and local environmental data?
A – Yes, this is very easy to do. You can even customise mapping services to your corporate livery and style.

Q – What other services does the Virtual-Estate offer?
A – The V-E provides everything the estate agent or property professional could need for marketing properties: website design, floorplans, photography, digital brochures, printing, conveyancing, virtual tours and consulting.

Q - We are an overseas company and would like to see a local language version of the VEA. Is this possible?
A – Yes, you can download the translation files to make a localised version of the VEA to your language. We also provide a multi-language translation service.

Q - What support do you offer?
A – After installation, we give you UK business hours 'phone support and email support (usually with a 2 hour turnaround). However, our software works so well and is so easy to operate, you are highly unlikely to need any support. Our online ASP (Application Service Provider) version uses only a browser to update your property listings so if your PC fails just use another one!

Q – Why do you need to host our website on your servers?
A – Because we take responsibility for sorting out any problems you may have. We do the hosting and can usually solve any problems or queries within a very short space of time. This always gives our clients peace of mind and confidence. If you hosted your site, we would unable to help. We also give you automatic updates, and offer telephone and email support.

Q – I am not sure whether our network will support the VEAv2, what system requirements does it have?
A - The Virtual Estate Agent software will work on Windows 2000/XP with 256MB RAM and 10gig harddrive. For installations requiring more than 5 networked users an MS SQL Server licence will be required. Users of our online VEAv3 (ASP) version require only a PC, broadbband and a browser.
